Products purchased on the website that were supplied to the Company by a third party acting as their manufacturer and/or importer, all subject to the liability applicable under any law.Communication failures (Internet, telephone, or fax) resulting from any act and/or omission and/or negligence on the part of Internet service providers and/or telephone and/or fax service providers, wherever they may be.

The purchaser shall bear full liability for any damage and/or financial loss of any kind caused to him/her and/or the company and/or any third party as a result of an error made in entering data, including an error in entering his/her address, errors in entering credit card information, errors in entering the shipping address for the order, and similar errors. 
Without prejudice to the foregoing, in no event shall the Company be liable for damages exceeding the price of the products ordered and paid for by the purchaser.
The owners and/or founders of the website and/or any of its operators and/or any of its managers and/or anyone acting on their behalf are not responsible for ensuring that the server through which the website operates is free of viruses or other foreign components or elements that may harm or damage the purchaser’s personal computer or other equipment when the purchaser accesses the website and/or uses it and/or orders services from it. Indemnification and Compensation for Improper Use of the
