Delivery Areas

   Product Shipping:

· Delivery is limited to certain areas and does not cover every city and town. During the browsing process, the user will be asked to specify the town where they wish to receive the delivery. If the town is not on the list of towns covered by delivery, the user will not be able to place an order or will only be able to order a limited selection of items, as specified on the website at that time. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the user in the system, and to that address only.

· The products will be delivered to the user’s address as provided at the time of registration or as updated from time to time by the user via a third-party provider that provides delivery services for UNICCO -

· UNICCO will make every effort to deliver the purchased products to the address specified by the customer,
. Orders received Sunday through Thursday by 12:00 p.m. will be delivered the same day by 11:59 p.m.
Orders received Sunday through Thursday after 12:01 p.m. will be delivered the following day between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

 Orders received on Friday, Saturday, the eve of a holiday, or on a holiday will be delivered on Sunday or immediately after the holiday. ·

· If you are not present at the delivery location when the shipment is delivered, you hereby agree that the shipment will be handed over to whoever is present at that time or, alternatively, left near the front door if no one is present, provided that you have specified this in the “Shipping Notes” field on the shipping details page. In this case, responsibility for the condition of the products in their packaging rests solely with you. UNICCO will not be liable for any loss, damage, breakage, or defect resulting from the products being left near the door. If you did not do so—that is, if you did not specify that you wish to have the shipment left at the door and there was no adult at your address to receive the shipment—UNICCO will return the shipment. In such a case, you will be responsible for contacting us to schedule a new delivery date and will be charged an additional shipping fee.

· It is hereby clarified that UNICCO shall not be liable for delays resulting from the user providing incorrect information or delays caused by the shipping company, the third-party provider with which it has contracted.

· However, in any event, UNICCO shall not be liable for any delay and/or postponement in delivery and/or failure to deliver the products resulting from force majeure and/or events beyond its control, including delays caused by an external supplier and/or strikes, work stoppages, and the like.

3. Shipping fees:

· A shipping fee of 30 NIS will be added to the final bill. The shipping fees you will be charged will be displayed in the “Shopping Cart” and, in any case, will be shown to you upon final confirmation of your order details. Please note that the shipping fees charged to the customer include the cost of packaging the product, liability and insurance for the product during shipping, as well as the actual shipping costs.

· The current shipping fee will be displayed on the website. UNICCO reserves the right to change the shipping fees and/or charge different shipping fees for different regions within the country.
